In the world, more than 700 million people are disease by mosquitoes spread, such as dengue fever, malaria, Japanese encephalitis, etc. And among these people, one in seventeen people with the condition dies. And what can we do about it?
Speaking to anti-mosquitoes for textile, there are mostly 2 main ways to do this.
1) During yarn production, tightly combined pyrethrin/permethrin nanoparticles with fiber material
2) Dipping and Spraying at the finishing treatment process
What is Pyrethrin and what can it do?
It is natural chemical that extracted from compositae. Permethrin is the similar synthetic alternative. It can affect the central nervous system of mosquitoes and reduce the probability of mosquito bites.
In addition, it has been experimentally proven to be effective against most of the pests, includes lice, bed bugs, fleas, ants, scrub typhus, mites, ticks…etc, recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, EPA and various health agencies around the world.
