Industrial fabrics, furnishing and clothing, have heavily relied on polyester because of its advantageous qualities. No matter how well-suited polyester may be to these industries, polyester fibre comes from non-renewable sources( petroleum). The oil industry is one of the well-known polluters and contributors to climate change. Moreover, it takes over 200 years to decompose, so polyester fiber is non-biodegradable in a short period of time. The impacts make virgin polyester look so bad when we are seriously conscious of the environment. How to change this situation?
We adopt the best alternative to virgin polyester currently available on the market: recycled polyester (rPET). The functional strengths are very closest to virgin polyester but it makes less impact to our environment. The sources of recycled polyester fibre are collected from post-customer and industrial plastic wastes. Using recycled polyester helps us save almost 50% of energy and generate over 30% less CO2 emissions to save our planet.
We create mesh and netting fabrics of various shapes and sizes. The use of virgin polyester fibres of mesh and nettings has gradually converted to recycled polyester. The performance of mesh and netting resides in their strength-to-weight ratios. Our speciality and depth experiences make the porosity fabrics with excellent abrasive and durable even with lightweight to meet customers' requirements. Additionally, we can use high tensile strength, wicking or spandex yarns to knit the fabrics to improve fabric values of performance.
